BernardCONLANCONLAN (BERNARD) Suddenly on December 12th 2013. Bernard aged 90 years, dearly loved husband of the late Irene and loving father of Pat and the late Bernadette. Father in Law of Fred and much loved grandfather of Paul, Lee, Clare and Hayley. Great grandfather of Amelie, James and Oliver. Much loved brother of Winnie and the late John. Also a dear brother in law, uncle and friend. Former Manchester City Councillor, 1954 to 1966, and Member of Parliament for Gateshead East 1964 to 1987. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St Joseph's Church, Sale on Friday 10th January 2014 at 10.00 am followed by internment at Dunham Lawn Cemetery. Family flowers only please but donations if desired to CAFOD or Macmillan Nurses may be sent to Arthur Gresty Funeral Homes, 305 Manchester Road, Altrincham WA14 5PH. Tel 0161 973 1515
