AlanDIFFORDRodney (of Meare) passed away peacefully at Glastonbury Care Home on Saturday 18th November 2017 aged 84 years. Dear husband of the late Nora, dear partner of Sheila, dearly loved dad of Ian and Katherine, dear father in law of Julie-Anne and Anthony, loving grandad of Laura and Scott and great grandad of William and Stanley who will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. A private Cremation Service will be followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for his Life held at St Mary's Church, Meare on Friday 8th December 2017 at 2.00 pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired for Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance and British Heart Foundation can be left at the church or forwarded to M Franks & Sons Funeral Directors Bath Road, Ashcott, Bridgwater, TA7 9QT.
