Dear Mary,
I will never forget your hospitality for a month in your home in 1995. You were my teacher (in English) and my friend. You accepted me into your family as a sister and equal member. I will remember you as a wonderful, kind and responsive person. God forgive you! May your heavenly life be bright. May there be much, much light for you in the afterlife.

Missing you so much right now. Feel so sad that you're not here to talk and laugh with. Feel blessed to have had you as a mum just wished for more time with you. Xx

Happy 78th birthday mum. We had a lunch yesterday and there was an empty seat where you would have been. Miss you every day. Hope you are up there in heaven at peace. Love Karen x
