Culmination

Productive day at Lawanda today Mum. Colonel installed one of the new toilets and we started to install the sink in the second bath. Had the linoleum installed in the 2 bathrooms and walk in closet. The carpet has already been installed in the 2 bedrooms and cabana. Place is looking almost as pretty as a picture. We have come a long, long way.

Closing of Genevieve is a week behind us. All went relatively well considering. Leaps and bounds. Fingers crossed for another investment possibility.
