Well Mum it is 9 pm - the end of a 12 hour day.

We accepted an offer for Genevieve Circle yesterday. We close April 11th if all goes well. God speed. Fingers and toes crossed. It has been a long ride - I will be sorry to let her go in many respects. It was Ashley Devon's third home away from home. It is hard to imagine we owned 3 houses on that street until I got laid off.
