Forgot to mention Mum but the tornado that blew through TX was only 20 miles from where Byron Elliott currently lives.

He has not closed on his house yet. He had an appraisal done and it came in as less than the asking price. The owner dropped the price to match the value.

2016 is going to be a big year for Byron with his home ownership.

Jasmine is still living at home.

It was a good year of sorts

Well Mum, reflecting on the year that has flown by, I guess I could say it was a good year.

The tenant from Genevieve moved out today. We are going to put the house on the market - it has been 11 years in the making.

I still cannot believe we have Lawanda. I paid for it in cash - still can't believe it is bought and paid for. Pinch me! A lot of blood, sweat and tears in our future. It will be worth it!
