On the road

Byron left today after being home for 5 days. First time he has been home since you passed Mum. Our last moments together are still so vivid - your face is etched in my memory - your eyes opening in your final minutes - fixed and smiling, then your final gasp. Lord knows I miss you dearly Mum. Sweet dreams always.

Another week without you

Dearest darling Mother, I miss you so much, at times it becomes unbearable. I have your pic with the twins the day they were born on my desk at work. You was the same age as I am now when it was taken. Shingles did not stop you from being there for me and your grandkids. You never complained Mum - even up to the day you died. I miss you! xoxoxoxox
