A truly lovely man. Both my children loved having Dave as a teacher. He treated all the children with respect and made them feel like friends. I also worked at Buckland for a few years and he was just so easy to be around. Rest easy Mr. Taylor xx

Mr Taylor came to Buckland Junior School about 1972 & he taught me French in 1973 - 1974 when I was 10 years old.. He was a lovely man & when I was in my early 20's I sometimes used to see him in Ashford & he still remembered me from all those years before & he always said hello to me. He also taught my brother, sister & niece too. RIP ❤️

I remember having a few lessons with him when I was in Year 6, although I was in Mrs Baily's class - the most memorable thing is counting up to 30 in French ^_^ I remember other kids used to say he was my grandad because we had the same surname. RIP Mr Taylor <3 x
