Just like the series "on the buses", Reg has driven the last number 11 to the cemetary gates.
Great entertainer, thanks for making us smile.

Heres to the early LWT days Reg when I was a mere stripling, I will never forget how you were so friendly to me when I was a freelance Nattke man, Thank you for that and my sympathies to all of your family. I will miss you.

I have been following Reggie's life ever since he finished On The Buses, what a great man he was, I thought he would last forever, he gave me so much happiness, and still does when I watch the re-runs, I used to look forward to seeing On The Buses, when I watch it now I am transported back to those innocent days, their was nothing overly rude about them but just good clean fun, of course it was not just Reg, but the whole cast, it reminded me so much of my own upbringing, growing up in a terraced house, money was tight and we were always looking at making a bit more, Stan was always getting into scrapes and Jack was always ready to help out.
Of course their was a lot more to Reg than that, he was an all round entertainer, a gifted pianoist and naturally gifted showman.
But, the truely fantastic thing about Reg was his longevity, I never realised until I got older how old he was when he did On The Buses, incredible, he looked so young, so full of zest.
So sad that he has finally gone, a true legend.RIP REG......

Stan made all of our family laugh and I am deeply saddened. We have lost a star, but wherever he is now, that star will surely be shining brightly.
Bless you, Reg.

I have very fond memories watching 'On the buses' in my childhood. It was a great comedy that all the family would sit and watch together. We had lots of laughs watching it.

God Bless Reg,
