So deeply saddened to hear the news that Andi has passed away. Andi was a beautiful woman and a extremely talented dancer. Andi always seemed to have such spirit and be her own women. I love and admire that at the age of 25 she made the decision at the height of her fame as a star dancer in the original pans people dance troupe, to walk away from show business and start a family. Although Andi was involved in dance projects after she left pans people she never seemed to seek fame or the spot light. Andi's life away from show business seemed to give her far more pleasure and fulfilment. In November of 2013 the hardback book - "pans people our story" was released. I hope that my detailed review of this book on a very well know online book store under my nom de plume 6777 with the title "when girls knew how to dance" highlighted the major contribution Andi made to the success of pans people. Andi was loved and admired by thousands of fans who grew up watching her perform on top of the pops every week during the halcyon days of pans people.My thoughts are with Andi's family and close friends at this most difficult of time - Love David (just a fan)

So sad to hear Andrea Rutherford has passed away, I loved Pan's People and Andrea was a great favourite of mine , her work will always be remembered with much affection.
