Although Jacquelyn & I lost touch, except for exchange of cards, I well remember our school days & before as my parents Charlie & Muriel were great friends of Tommy & Anne, Jacquelyn & Valeries parents. Those caravan holidays as children were great fun, it is so sad Jacquelyn was was taken before her time. R.I.P Jacquelyn.

Jacquelyn was such an amazing person, so kind, considerate and generous. She never forgot a birthday or a special time in our lives and always wrote the most wonderful letters and cards which guaranteed a laugh. Her wit was second to none and we always looked forward to news from Jacqui. It is so rare that you are blessed with people in your lives who take the time to write and send thoughtful gifts. We will miss the laughter she brought and the incredible friendship she had with our Mum. Such a beautiful soul, taken far too soon. Rest in peace Jacquelyn. Jacquelyn was such a caring, fun loving lady. She always went out of her way to help others. Recently helping me with my mother’s family tree with some hilarious anecdotes. Sending cards with more writing on than a novel!! She reminds me of her mother with the same witty sense of humour.
You will be great missed Jacquelyn.
Lots of love

Jackie was always positive with her special sense of humour, just a lovely lady and we loved her poems.
So here is one for her: ' Don't cry because it's over,
Smile because she happened.' Dr Seuss
A privilege to have enjoyed her company.
