So sad to hear about Bernie. I will never forget "Bernie the bear" and I riding little putput bikes around Benidorm in 1980. That poor bike !! Such a lovely man, sadly missed rip

So sorry to hear of the passing of Bernard my sympathy and thoughts are with the family, I remember many years ago dropping my daughter and her friend off to catch a bus to go on holiday and Bernard and a few boys were going to the same resort I spoke to Bernard and ask him to keep an eye on the girls and they told me that he checked up on them every day of the holiday what a great thing to do.
