Grandad, it’s been a year since you have been gone, and I think to myself, where did the time go. I feel like you haven’t left us, as I still see all your old Facebook posts, about Liverpool, music and our family in my memories. But then I realise that you’ll never leave us as you will always have a place in our hearts. I will always miss you, but I’ll never forget how much of impact you had on my life and will continue to.

The family of Michael Lambert would like to thank their friends for the kindness shown at this most difficult time. We were overwhelmed by the amount of cards and sympathy messages received. A special thank you to the nurses and carers from St Lukes Hospice, Marie Curie and Livewell. You were all so fantastic, the love and care you showed to us all was enormous and we will be forever in your debt. Thank you to those who donated to the National Autistic Society. We raised over £400.00 from friends, family and his neighbours.
Michael will always be missed but will be forever in our hearts.

Such a lovely gentleman and family

You were an amazing Grandad and still will be as you’ll always be in my thoughts and memories. Thank you for believing in me to achieve my dreams and goals. I will always miss you telling me your stories of your work life at the dockyard and brown & sharp just to name a few of the places you worked at. I will miss us having our football debates about Chelsea and Liverpool. Thank you for praying for Jasmin, Michael and myself every night to make sure we were okay. I love you so much Grandad
