I came to know Helen at Birmingham Safeguarding Team. She was so sincere and passionate about helping everyone in the community. She was just a really genuine and lovely person. Such a loss. My love and condolences to her family and friends.

I am so grateful to have worked with Helen. Helen started when my team were going though a difficult time and she instantly made everything better and looked after everyone's wellbeing. Since then she has continued not only to be caring but understanding and I will miss her a lot. It feels so shocking, horrible and unfair what has happened. My thoughts go to her family. I will always remember her calling everyone lovely and driving around in the van with Helen and talking about her old crazy days living in Birmingham. I will remember her saying she will always be there if I need a hug or a chat. I wish I could thank her for all the support she gave me.

I was really shocked when I heard the passing of Helen. We used work together back in 2007. Always had smile on her face. Still hard to believe that Helen is gone.

I am very sorry to hear this news. Helen was truly a fantastic person. I worked with her at Birmingham City Council way back in 2007. I remember her utter dedication to helping those less well off in society. She genuinely cared about people. She was very well respected. My sincere condolences to her family especially Eloise. May she rest in peace xx
