Jim Irvine, superb musician and member of the Button Street Badger Band, RIP

I've known Jim since schooldays, but really got to know him best during the heady days of the Edinburgh folk scene in the late 1960s / early '70s. Lovely guy, and an impressive blues guitarist. It was lovely to catch up with him again when Facebook brought us back in touch. He'll be a tremendous miss to all his musical friends, though I guess he'll be very welcome in that big folk supergroup up in Heaven.

James you were loving caring & always had time for everyone. Nonnies favourite little boy & the big brother I never had.
Your memory will live on in music. RIP
