I'm devastated to hear of Mrs Grants passing. She was a huge influence and helped me realise that a career in Classics was what I wanted. She was definitely loved by all of her students and had the patience of a saint! She will always have a place in my heart and my thoughts are with her family. She will definitely be missed

In memory of one of the most patient and kind teachers that I have ever had the privilege to have been taught by. She made sure you felt valued as an individual and you were always safe in her classroom. Many happy memories. I will be there in spirit on Tuesday.

The most kind and caring teacher you could have asked for, truly an amazing person. Best wishes to all of her family and friends x

One of my favourite teachers back in the 90s. She was very friendly, patient, and encouraging. I went on her very popular Hadrian’s Wall trip every year. I remember her fondly. Best wishes to her family and friends xx
