We are deeply saddened to learn of Kieran's passing. He was an excellent neighbour, friend and craftsman.

Thank you, on behalf of all Kieran’s family, for your kind thoughts, cards, tributes and candles, all of which have been a great support to us at such a difficult time. Thank you also to those who braved the cold and rain to attend Kieran’s funeral on 14 January, and to his neighbours in Castle Street who turned out to bid him farewell on his final journey past his home, where he had spent so many happy years. It was good to be able to speak to a few of Kieran’s friends at the cemetery. I am sorry that because of COVID we could not have a wake, but all Kieran’s family very much appreciate the immeasurable kindness that we have received.

Kieran was a good friend to John & was a very caring person, who always took time to chat. He always had a smile on his face & he’ll be missed by all who knew him.

Woolton not the same without you Sir Kieren. Mercedes runs up the stairs but you are not there to greet her. Thanks for the mentoring fella and the patience with my barrage of questions each visit. Hope I can remember everything! See you on the other side. Much to ask you!

Very sad to hear of Kieran's passing. He will be missed so much by the 'A' walkers in the Littlewoods hill-walking club.

It is the saddest thing to say goodbye to our wonderful friend, Kieran. This gentle, kind man who always greeted us with a smile in those bright eyes and the warmest of welcomes. We will remember him as a creative magician in all things wood and the most talented joiner. But above all as the freest of spirits. Go softly, gentle friend. Carmen, Ray and family.
