I’ll always remember wonderful Christmases, and you would always get down on your knees with the kids, you would always be interested in what we had to say. You always had a new game (pass the pig), You let me get blown up on fizzy drinks by your SodaStream maker, and watch class of the Titans on your Betamax video recorder in your Earlsdon flat...I have such fond memories of you and Jean… Rest well you beautiful man.

We had some really good times with Roy, although we wished we could of had more.
You were a caring funny gentleman and will be sorely missed by your family and friends

Roy was so lovely and full of fun, you knew that you were always going to be gently teased and charmed in equal measure. All who knew him will always hold a place in their hearts for his kindness and good grace.

Although Roy was our next door neighbour for only a short time, he was a lovely funny man, and we shall miss him
