Mum has known you George for at least 50 years and came every Friday to get her hair done. She followed you from Danny's and was a loyal customer but also you were her friend. so much so she attended your wedding and has fond memories of that day. She is so upset that she will not see you again. Sending love to Androulla, Phillipo and family. Rest in peace George. Sheila Ayres and family xxxx

We have known you George for 35+ years. You were a true gentleman, kind with a good heart. Your hairdressing skills were second to none. A true friend and confidante. You will be sorely missed by everyone who knew you.
God bless you George,
Lots of love Julie, Richard and Samantha

I first met George in 1972 when he worked in the Leics Bond St studio & followed him from there to his Granby st. Studio G, where he cut my hair, my husband's, later many of my friends' and eventually my son's in the 90s. He always was a friend as well as my. hairdresser, RIP George, you'll be sadly missed by so many

We have only just heard the sad news and are deeply shocked. I have been going to George since I was 16 and have taken my children to have their hair cut. Our deepest condolences to the family. he was a true gentleman.
