My dearest Uncle Bob,

The last time I saw you, you showed me a photo of your children, grandchildren and great children. You were bursting with pride and so incredibly full of love. When we said goodbye, you squeezed my hand with the warmth and affection you always radiated.

When I was younger, during one of our visits to Worthing, I remember seeing you walk beside my Dad. The similarity was uncanny, almost a mirror image, as you both strode gently with hands clasped behind your backs in the that unmistakable Bingham fashion.

I hope that you are at peace and once again walking next to your little brother.

Love and miss you always,
Verity xxxxx

Goodnight Gaga Bob. You were one in a million. I count myself SO lucky to have had you as my grandad. The love you shared for Faye I’ll never forget. The way you taught her songs and tricks she will remember forever. I'm lucky to have had someone in my life that I'll
miss, like I miss you. Give nanna and uncle John a cuddle. Lots of love, forever - Sophie x

Rest in Peace Bob

John always had so many amazing stories of the wonderful times you spent together and he loved you very much.

I have some very special memories of our visits to Worthing over the years and you are going to be very sadly missed by us all.

Always in our hearts.

All My Love Nicky xxxxx

To my beloved Uncle Bob. I always remember my Dad telling me a story that when he was little, Grandma Mary used to think he was a miserable child because he was always crying. Years later, they found out that the reason for this is because you were always squeezing his hands so tightly - a habit of yours I experienced for myself! However, I knew that this was a sign of affection (and I did have very chubby, squeezable hands!). You were such a funny, kind and generous person. Although over the more recent years we haven't seen as much of each other, I have so many fond memories of you which I will always treasure. Whenever we did meet, it was like no time had passed at all - your family meant the world to you. You loved your family so much and I can safely say you were very much loved in return. You will live on within your amazing children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and as long as you do, your light will always burn bright. Be at peace now with Auntie Mavis, your little brother (give Dad a big hug from me), and Grandma and Grandad. Sleep tight Uncle Bob, until we meet again. Love always, Hannah xx

Bob was my eldest cousin and I spent a lot of time as a child with him and his brothers. He was a great guy, always the boss leading us on some happy adventures as we grew up. We have always stayed in touch and I spoke to him just a couple of days before he went into hospital. I shall miss him a lot. I have lost a dear friend. Pat & Derrick xx
