Phil, James and Steve.
I met the James girls when I was playing cricket for Norbury in 1978. We became friends and had many laughter filled evenings in The Grapes back in the day.
I remember taking Lesley for driving lessons on Newby Road Estate, all good, except Lesley wanted to look at you when speaking!
Fast forward many years and Jo and I became neighbours of Steve and Lesley in Hazel Grove.
My elderly mother was living with us at this time and Lesley used to look in on her, also walking our dog, Sandy, when we were on holiday.
Lesley was one of lifes givers, devoted to her family and taken by a cruel, unforgiving disease.
She will be missed by many, I'll just miss that smile. RIP chuck. xxxx

Such a sad time for you all, am so very sorry for your loss. I remember Lesley well from the Moorfields School days. Always looked the picture of health and always with a smile on her face. Such a cruel disease and even more so in somebody so young x

Lesley you were such a caring and loving person and I'll always remember how happy you were. I know you would be so proud of Phil and James. I am so happy you got to see me and Phil get married and I know how much you'd of loved to of spent time with your grandson Harry. I'll definitely make sure he knows all about his Grandma.
Rest in peace xxx

The happiest, friendliest and animal loving lady I have ever had the privilege to meet. Always full of fun, with a story to tell, well loved by everyone who knew her. ❤
