Grandad
I still can’t believe that god has taken you away from us. I’ll always remember the laughs we had from the days when you’d correct my dad to the days when you would pop up to us at work and telling me that I have some “dirt” on my chin. Heartbroken isn’t the word, I’ll cherish all the advice and banter that we had.

May you rest in peace and rest easy.

I will love you always.
Your heartbroken grandson

Grandad,

I am going to miss you more than you will ever know. From the memorable stories about sliding down whales in Ireland, to the banter about another pair of trainers I had bought. I’ll treasure these memories forever, and will picture you in your armchair whenever I think of you. Nan is in good hands, we will all take good care of her.

Rest in peace, you’ll never be forgotten.

Love you always

Deepest sympathy to Maureen, Mary, Angela, Annemarie, and Michael and all the family on the sudden loss of Michael. May he rest in peace.

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal; Love leaves a memory no one can steal.

Keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers.

Dad
Trying to hold back the tears as I write this
Its the hardest thing that God asks of me
To reach into my body and pull the very life
Of how for the past 27 years we knew it to be,
An honour and privilege its been, to say I knew you
To share your happiness, kindness and ways that only you could bring
Your laughter and joy your smile were the best of my days
I cannot believe you left without a sign
For all of us to be here without you
Was never ever a thought of mine
Love you Dad now and forever
Your heartbroken Son In Law
