Dear Doreen Elizabeth and Rebecca and all the grand and great grand children. I am so sorry for your loss. Uncle Johnie and Aunt Adlin were an important part of of my childhood and uncle Johnnie was a great supporter of our family. It was a privilege to know this calm gentle man who took adversity in his stride and continued in love to give his best. May God bless and keep him until that great day. Love Monica & Family

Affectionally known as , Uncle Johnny- Johnny was my father's first cousin. They grew together in Jamaica. The bond continued when my father and Johnny settled in Derby. As a child I recalled Johnny's regular visits to our home. Uncle Johnny was an extraordinary person. He was extremely knowledgeable about the family 's lineage. He was a devoted family person. He was loving , compassionate, loyal and always saw the best in people. He was a person of faith which gave him the resilence to tackle many challenges. He is now with the ancestors. Rest in peace, Uncle Johnny. Love - Cecile.
