The devastating news of Ali's passing has left our family deeply shocked. Ali first came into our lives like a ray of sunshine when she and our daughter, Rachel, became friends at Penrice School. From then on we have many lovely memories of all the fun times they enjoyed. Ali was always an absolute delight, with her lovely smile, her truly infectious laugh, her warmth, humour and kindness. More recently I used to see her at St Mewan choir, where she always greeted me with that radiant smile and asked after our family. We send our love to all Ali's family, Rob and Sally, Katie, Mark, Henry and Rose, and Claire. You are all in our thoughts, we shall never forget Ali

Ali was one of the loveliest people I’ve ever met. We worked together at Eshcol House and had many happy times. We stayed in touch when she left and I was proud to call her my friend. I left another message here but can’t see it and so I wanted to say more. In fact there are not enough words to say about someone who was so joyful and exuberant and kind.

Ali was one of the best friends I have ever had. She was a beautiful person inside and out and cared so much about others.
I will never forget our times together and the fun and laughter we have shared. Ali always made me smile. I miss her so so much, it hurts.
