To my amazing Nan xoxo

I can’t believe I’m having to write this for you-it still seems surreal!

What an incredible woman you were-such a character!! You’ve looked after us all since we were little. Cooked for us, bathed us, put us to sleep with your amazing stories. What I’d give to hear 1 of those stories right now :( or for you to change the subject Maureen too. And your amazing laugh too! There was no mistaking when you were around nan.

When I think of all my childhood and my most treasured memories you have always been there for them all. I can’t believe that your not going to anymore and that breaks my heart :(

Thank you for everything you have done for me! I loved you taking me out every saturday to town to eye up the bargains in st johns market, the 50p shop, the £1 shop, and then in crete the euro shops and the market. You always had a great eye for a bargain and you’ve taught us all well.

Always treating me to the most amazing clothes and food, as well as my favourite sausage and chips whilst you had your fish and chips, not forgetting your pensioners discount (though you weren’t exactly a pensioner lol). I’ll always cherish it all.

Thank you for helping teach me to be a good mum to my girls too. They love you so much and both miss you. Especially Charlotte, who loved to come to see nanny awang and grandad awang after swimming on a saturday and to eat your yummy quavers and mini cheddars. She also loved playing with the new toys you got for her too :)

We’ll look after grandad for you until you both meet again.

I miss you so much already Nan and will love you always. Big hugs and kisses,

Nat xxx
