Symbolism. Ivy symbolises fidelity (it won't easily let go of something it's attached itself to) You lived to the grand old age of 90 so truly lived up to your name. Loved your humour, smile and all round 'presence', especially at the Badham Parties. You will be sadly missed Ivy, RIP xxx

Nanny Bads, the matriarch and last Nanny Bads of the Badham family. The frustration of not being able to see you more often will now live on forever. I will however, make sure that your great grand children , Lauren Badham and Chloe Badham never forget their Nanny Bads!

PS, I hope that you forgave me for smashing the greenhouse window in 1989, I can tell you now that it was Kens fault, he should have known that I didn't carry those footballing genes!
