Mum today we should be spending today with you and seeing you smile and getting all excited but instead it the first year without my amazing beautiful mum. I miss you every day and you are never far from my mind. I am always thinking of you, lighting the candle,. buying little thing for your memorial table. I am finding life so hard without you. I haven't just lost my mum I've lost my best friend, someone I can share my secrets with, someone who will listen and never judge and most of all your advice.
