I wish we could have hung out more recently. You always made me feel good.

I met Tim through Artsadmin in London where we worked together on a project with a group of fellow artists. Tim filled the room with his generosity, his capacity to listen and his wonderful laugh. His gift-based practice was so in keeping with this and rather ahead of its time. Thank you Tim for your huge compassion, friendship and tireless campaigning xx

It was such a shock to hear of Tim’s passing. A kind, gentle and funny man, Tim was genuinely one of the loveliest people I met through politics. He was very kind and supportive to me even whilst suffering himself. His loss is felt so much. Tim mate you were such a special person, I’m so grateful to have known you. Tim was my companion and my friend. He has shaped my life in a way that not many others have. I am very grateful for all of it, the beautiful moments and the difficult times and most of all the ordinary. Breakfast conversations, cups of tea, a good little shimmy and even the blimming washing up. Tim, I learned so much from you, I don't even know where to begin. About living your politics and asking the right questions at the right time, about how to be alongside someone who is struggling, about generosity and what it means to actively care for others and about love. Oh and about insurances and how to make a good complaint, which is never to be underestimated. I miss you so much. My love is with Tim's family and all the lucky recipients of his friendship.
