So deeply saddened to hear of the loss of David much too soon. You lit up a room David with your warmth and generosity of spirit and so many people will mourn your passing - it feels like a light has gone out. Rest in peace. My sincere condolences to your family,

Mr Browell, you were my consultant from 2004, you used to say I was your most positive patient, not quite the case the second time but whether I was crying inconsolably or we were talking about our dogs and laughing you were always patient, kind, compassionate and gave me hope. A lovely man and very dedicated consultant, we cannot say thank you enough for saving my life twice. RIP Mr Browell, we will never forget you. So sorry to hear the news of this wonderful mans passing. Not only Myself and my mums surgeon but a friendship that we both gained. We always had a joke at our follow up appointments, like having a Bluetit joke bout his green house, always a smile for his patients. We will both for ever be greatful of you saving our life. Huge miss and your Heart will live on x
