I cannot express the sadness I feel that your life has ended before you have been properly able to reap the rewards of your tremendous contribution to the lives of so many others.

Mr Browell, there are no words to convey how sad the news of your illness and passing have made me. I send my sincerest heartfelt condolences to your wife and sons. You have been taken from them to soon.
I worked alongside you in Colorectal and Breast Surgery for the best part of my career. You were always a gentleman, but often teased me with jokes like:
What do you call a scouser in your living room at three in the morning…a burglar. You knew that I was a blusher, and delighted in this joke with me being from Liverpool.
I am immensely proud to have stood across from you during operations. You were an outstanding Surgeon, your caring nature shone through. You were a kind and caring human being who saved who saved countless lives during your career. You may be gone from this world but the many happy memories live on in the hearts and minds of us all.
Mr David Browell you will never be forgotten.

Stephen, Jill and I grew up alongside our Browell cousins and we feel very proud of all David achieved in the medical field. Even more important was his love for his family and our thoughts are with Janet, Andrew and Stephen.
David will be sorely missed by us all and this donation is made on behalf of Stephen, Barbara, Jill, Greta and families.

So sorry to hear this news. David was an amazing man who saved my life. He made me laugh and made me cry, he gave me and my family hope. He will be sadly missed. Our thoughts are with his family.
