You were a wonderful shipmate, Ted. An example of what we love and admire about JST: always cheerful, friendly, helpful, kind and empathetic without patronising and a wry and understated sense of humour. And your runs ashore were famous...

It was always a pleasure to come up the gangway and see Ted's name on the crew list for the voyage ahead. We will miss you.
