We are very saddened to hear that Robert has passed away. I met Robert and Penny many years ago, after befriending their son, Paul at university. I stayed often with them at their home, in Cambridge and found that Robert was great company to be with. He was a very intelligent man, whom had very interesting opinions on all matters. I will always remember the times that I sat with him and Paul in the front lounge or at the kitchen table drinking tea putting the world to rights on many occasions. Cathryn, Christopher and myself want to pass on our sincere condolences to Penny, Tom and Ben during this difficult time in their lives.
