I find it really difficult to imagine a law school without Kay. Quietly, incredibly supportively, being there for colleagues and students. Pragmatic, but calling out bureaucracy when she felt she needed to do so. The last years have not been easy for Kay but it is impossible to believe she is gone. Rest in well-deserved peace.

I remember many conversations with Kay about the trickiest of ethical issues at times. I always valued her wise words and no nonsense approach. A genuine colleague who will be missed.

It was an absolute pleasure to know Kay and I will miss her greatly. A wonderful, warm and caring person with a sense of humour that I will never forget. I consider myself very lucky to have worked with her and to have shared so many lovely conversations.

So sad and so sorry for the loss of a special person - gone too soon.
