I heard this week of Steve’s passing. He was a great friend of mine back in the late 80’s early 90’s. I now live in Cornwall and haven’t seen him in years but he was one of life’s rare people who’s light shone so bright you were affected by it in the most wonderful way. Heaven has gained a new Angel. Margaret Tunbridge ( nee Brayford ).

We were sorry to miss Steve’s funeral after being neighbours for so long. We will miss our little chats and it was a pleasure to have Steve as a neighbour

Such a kind, beautiful man. He always had a smile for me during my time at The Sentinel. Sending you an infinite hug Steve, sleep well xx
