We were so saddened to hear of the passing of Pete. He taught both of our boys to play guitar, and our eldest was one of his first students whilst Pete was studying. Both boys still play to this day and we’ll be forever grateful for the time, patience and passion he had for music that mean our boys enjoy playing guitar and also piano still. we will remember you fondly Pete xxx

Peter was incredibly supportive of local musicians. His encouragement was second to none and always so positive. Arranging gigs and offering advice are things I will always remember about Peter. RIP friend..

This man had a beautiful soul, met Peter though a mutual friend, I recorded 4 songs as a gift to my husband. It was fantastic experience that led to my youngest son and myself taking up drum lessons at the music mine studios. Our thoughts are with Peters family.
A wonderful human being RIP my friend

I worked alongside Pete for many years, and we talked often about his love for music - and the ambition to build his own recording studio.
Pete realised his dream, and helped many musicians with guitar lessons and PA hire etc.
This is very sad and tragic news… rock in peace Pete.
