Funeral service to be held at Canley Crematorium in the Cannon Hill Chapel on Friday 9th August at 12.45pm. Family flowers only please, Donations if desired payable to The Alzheimer's Society in memory of Mavis can be made via J E Hackett and Sons website (make a donation) or by post to J.E.Hackett and Sons Ltd, Longford Bridge, Coventry, CV6 6BH.
