'Notify Me' Service Now Available On Every Notice
Announce, share and remember forever
Changes to Government guidelines mean Funeral Directors are having to make more amendments to funeral arrangements than usual in order to comply with the latest advice on social distancing.

To help ensure our audience can keep up with these changes, we have introduced a free ‘notify me’ option on all notices to receive an instant update when a change is made. You will also be notified if anyone places a free tribute, photo or video on the notice and we’re pleased to see many people leaving their condolences as a tribute on a notice in lieu of being able to call round for a coffee or attend a funeral service.

How to enable Notify Me

We understand how difficult it is to feel connected with loved ones just now, especially in times of sadness, grief and loss. We continue to do all we can to provide a place where friends and family can share their grief in one place, away from the ‘spotlight’ of social media and accessible for every generation of your family.

If you choose to, you can still share your loved one’s notice on social media as well as family WhatsApp groups or email; asking they leave their tributes beneath the funeral notice so you have them to look back upon whenever you need the support, comfort and reassurance they offer.

We remain in constant communication with Funeral Directors to make sure we are able to offer additional support to get vital information on funeral arrangements out to you as fast as we can.

Funeral Directors, like all other key workers just now, are under tremendous pressure yet continue to act in a professional manner to provide dignified funerals in exceptional and ever-changing circumstances. We thank them for all that they do and will continue to offer them our full support in getting information on funerals to the right audience.

Our Philosophy
Announcing the death of a family member has been a time-honoured tradition for families and loved ones, a tradition we believe should continue as life should be celebrated and never forgotten.
There have been many different ways to announce a death, with regional newspapers being the main choice for a long time. Depending on where you live in the UK, you may know them as a ......BMD, Family Announcement, Obituary or Intimation.
