An absolutely amazing lady, kind caring fun loving and compassionate neighbour to our family when we lived at Fernilee Gardens Chaddesden.
Jean was such a good friend and neighbour for many years and I had an amazing time growing up with her daughter Deb and Steve her son. She will be sadly missed and if my mum was still alive today she would have reaffirmed my sentiments.
Rest in peace Jean, your time has come and I’m sure you will be back with your beloved Doug and son Steven now. Thanks for all the help you gave to my mum when she was poorly and I shall miss our catch ups from the past and all the funny stories we shared after my mum passed away. I know how you understood things and remained a very positive person in my life. Bye until we meet again. David Dorricott
