I had the lovely pleasure of knowing Charles, he was a resident at my place of work before residing at “Bluebell”. Just one fond memory that comes to mind, every day Charles would always come to the kitchen to have a chat...even if it only “good morning” or sometimes just a “wave”. He was a true gentleman. Rest in Eternal Peace.

He was always the hub for the WI community organising days out at the seaside and dances. He would always help anyone who needed his help As he was a very knowledgable and intelligent warm friendly man. Ronald Durham.
