GeoffreySMART'GEOFF' of Burbage Passed away peacefully after a long illness at The Ashton Care Home on the 22nd March 2020, aged 89 years. Beloved husband of Rachel. Much loved Dad of Lyn and John and a cherished Grandad of Katie, Tom and Hannah. A private funeral service is to take place. No flowers please however, donations are being accepted in Geoff's memory payable to 'Royal National Institute for Blind People' c/o G.
