ThomasHOPKINSTom Hopkins 1946 - 2021 It is with great sadness that the family of Mr Thomas "Tom" Hopkins announces his passing after a short but tough illness on Wednesday 15th September at the age of 75. Tom will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 43 years, Lily, his children Orla, Nuala and John, his Grandchildren, Niamh, Jack, Joseph and Nora, his sons in law, James and Dan, and his seven sisters and brother, Bride, Theresa, Nancy, Vera, Sean (deceased), Bernie, Florrie, and Carmel. He was the best Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Brother that we could ask for. Tom worked in Civil Engineering for most of his working life, with his time at McLoughlin Pipelines being his happiest. The funeral service will be held on Thursday 7th October at 1pm at St Mary's Catholic Church, Darley Lane, Derby, DE1 3AX followed by an interment at Borrowash Cemetery, Balmoral Road, Borrowash. All welcome to attend.
