Phillip LeslieMAYPassed away peacefully at home on Sunday 17th January 2021, aged 70 years. Much loved husband of Sharon, devoted father to Andrea and David, father in law to Richard and Sasha, beloved grandad to Maddie, Tyler, Isabella and Hattie and dear brother to John. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Due to current restrictions, a private service will be held at Trent Valley Crematorium, Aston-on-Trent on Tuesday 9th February 2021 at 11:30am. For those wishing to pay their final respects to Phil, the cortege will be passing Sinfin Avenue and Derby Road at approximately 11.00am. Family flowers only please. Donations are invited for the RSPB and can be made online at www.georgesimnett.co.uk or sent directly to the charity. Phil for fifty years you’ve shared an array of talents with us. You were a dedicated midfield dynamo on the football field, an enthusiastic jogger for many years. An inspired quiz champion and a superb bowls competitor. But most of all a good trusted friend with lots of happy memories to look back on.
