MargaretPICTONof Helions Bumpstead and formerly of Cambridge, passed away peacefully on Friday 2nd August 2019. Loving partner to Colin, devoted sister to Mo, beloved mum to Julia and Vanessa and much loved grandma to Shannan, Molly, Bella, Sophia and more recently to Dylan. A funeral service to Celebrate Margaret's Life to be held at St. Andrew's Church, Helions Bumpstead on Friday 23rd August at 11.00 am. Immediate family flowers only please. I was the luckiest girl to have you as my beautiful amazing mum for 45 years. I have such amazing memories of you. I am heartbroken we will have no more adventures together and already miss you so very much. See you again one day. Love Vanessa x

I will always treasure our time together in Cambridge... you were always "my british family"... so happy I was able to go back 28 years later and see you again... now that I know it was our last time together makes me feel even more sad... had the dream that Antonia would be able to come and study in Cambridge knowing you were there for her as were for me... miss you already... rest in peace 🖤

I had only known you for a short while but I enjoyed your friendship immensely. We got on so well, enjoyed lots of laughs, days out to numerous places where we had to find a yarn shop. Your chair at knitting is empty and will never be filled. I am so grateful that you were in my life if only for a short time. Miss you, Linda xxx
