So sad to see this today, I used to look after Peter when he was about 3 years old. I was about 12 yrs old. I have very happy memories with him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Jacqui Kingston ( née Benholm) now in Australia

Peter Sankey was my father-in-law. I had never met him but was greatly saddened by his passing. His children would like to hold a memorial service for Peter in Cambridge. If you had known Peter, we would love to hear your stories about him and of your friendship.

So sad to hear that Peter has passed away. We lived next door to each other when very young and spent many an hour on our bikes having fun trying to get into the End Cliff Hotel without them noticing us as we were super sleuths! Happy days and fond memories of my childhood friend. Rest in peace Peter. From Jane Tong nee Alltoft (Lived at Grosvenor Court Hotel when we were young)
