AlexanderHERBERTSadly passed away at home on 10th May 2020, aged 88 years. Cherished Husband of the late June. Loving Dad of Karen, Neil and Peter. Much loved Grandad of Neil and wife Lauren and Great Grandad to Max. Much adored Father-in-law of Neil, Jill and Kaye. Alec will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service will take place at Gorton Cemetery on 9th June 2020 at 1.30pm. Family flowers only. Donations if desired in Alec's memory to Greyhound Trust or Speedway Rider's Benevolent Fund. Goodnight Uncle Alec, may you rest in peace with Auntie June and Nanna and Grandad Herbert. We are heartbroken that we cannot give you the send off that you deserve, however your children will do you proud. You’ll always be in our memories and in our thoughts. Gone but never forgotten , the nights at the dogs, cheering the ACES on Mondays and remembering "the best day of your life"at the Etihad (June not Happy) talking constantly about MAGNIFICENT CITY !! not forgetting any winners Al?
