GilbardHONEY-JONESIt is with great sadness that the family of Gilbard announce his sudden passing at Morriston Hospital on 15th May 2020, aged 67 years. Gilbard will be lovingly remembered by his wife Katya, his daughter Rachel and his cherished granddaughter Evalina. He will be missed by his brothers, sisters and all who knew and respected him. Funeral Friday 29th May 2020 when a service will be held at Margam Crematorium at 2.00pm for the immediate family due to current circumstances. He was my headmaster when I was at British School Kuala Lumpur from 2009-2010. He will be deeply missed. Thank you for everything, Mr Honey Jones! :(

So sorry to learn of Gil's passing. We spent some wonderful weekends in Croydon and Leicester in the late 1970s and even holidayed together in France in 1981 but then unfortunately lost touch. Sincere condolences to his family. Rest in Peace Gil.

I'm so very sorry to hear of Gilbard's passing. We first met Gilbard in Beijing right when BSB was first being built, and my wife and I were so very appreciative of Gilbard letting our two sons attend the British School in Beijing. I still remember his wit and generosity and kindness. May God bless him in heaven, his family, and that Katya and family feel God's touch at this difficult time. Pete Merz and Family.

So sorry to hear of the passing away of Glbard, having known him for about 55 years neighbourhood & school friends. My sincere condolences to his wife & daughter, & his brothers & sisters. Gilb was one of the nicest boy & man I have met. He could have been a top football referee if he hadn't gone into a great teaching career. Gilbard was a gentle man but also a gentleman.

So sorry to hear the passing of my friend Gil. We spent some good times in some beautiful place around the world.
Saw him set up British Schools in China and Malaysia, He was so proud of them.
Rest in peace Gil.
