Mother of Sam, daughter of Frank and Sally (Deceased), sister of Paul, Stephen and Kevin, sister in law to Philly, Maria and Lindsey. (Carol you have shown us that love has no bounds, you will live forever in our hearts. An inspiration and an angel to us all, our hearts are broke but with your love, strength and dignity we are already healing.) (I love you Mum, you will always be in my heart, I miss you, you were my world, thank you for everything you have done for me, love you forever.) - Sam Auntie to Joe, Conor, Pol Og, Michael, Sophie, Jack, Owen and Hollie. (We dearly miss you Y.N.W.A.) Service and Cremation at Charnock Richard Crematorium, Chorley on Wednesday March 7 at 2:00pm. Family flowers only (No pink!) or donations if desired to St. Joseph's Hospice (Cheques only please.) c/o David Cowburn Funeral Directors, 147 Towngate, Leyland, PR25 2LH.
