So very sad to hear of my dads best friend’s passing.
Dad had a note in his calendar about a funeral on the 22nd, but he and we didn’t know what it was about as he has had dementia for several years.
They met in the RAF and were best pals for 60 years. A lovely man. Memories of him regularly being at our house with George as I was growing up.
Sending deepest condolences.
Carol, (Danny Kinghorn’s daughter)

I have known Les since the day I was born, many moons ago..... and am very sad at his passing. A friendly welcoming face, which will be sadly missed by my family.
Enjoy the bingo, darts and Famous Grouse in Heaven Les. Dad will be calling the bingo, and Mam will have the corned beef pie ready. The Westfields' loss is Heavens gain....
