Ronald WilliamQUIMBY ((Ron))(Ron) Peacefully on Tuesday, December 3rd 2019 at his home in Blurton, whilst in the loving care of his family, after a battle against cancer fought with great courage and dignity. Ron aged 85 years, a much loved husband of Jean, for 61 years, dearly loved dad of Patricia, Paul and the late Peter. Dear father-in-law of Mick and Wendy and a treasured grandad and great grandad. Ron will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends. The funeral cortege will leave his home in Blurton, on Monday, December 23rd for service at St Bartholomew's Church, Blurton at 12.30pm followed by interment in Fenton Cemetery. Would all relatives and friends wishing to attend please meet at the Church. No flowers please by request, donations if desired may be sent for the Douglas MacMillan Hospice c/o the family.
