David HenrySMITHPassed away peacefully at the University Hospital of Wales on 14th January, former employee of the Inland Revenue Tax Office Llanishen and former Pay Officer of Ely and Whitchurch Hospitals. He will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends. Resting at J.Pidgeon & Son, 539 Cowbridge Road East, Victoria Park, Cardiff (02920 226604) until the funeral at Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel on Monday 3rd February at 11.45am. Floral tributes may be sent to the funeral home or donations if desired to Cancer Research Wales, Velindre Hospital, Whitchurch, Cardiff, CF14 2TL.
